Bombay Masala Sandwich Recipe
A delicious, spicy sandwich.

Ingredients
- 2slices white bread
- 60g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- 1 medium onionsliced
- 1 medium beetrootsliced
- 1 medium tomatosliced
- 1 medium potatosliced
- Salt
- black pepper powder
- 1tsp butter
Instructions
- On a bread slice spread 2 tbsp mayonnaise, place onion, beetroot, tomato, potato and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Spread remaining mayonnaise on the other bread slice and club both slices together.
- Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
